  Norway

 The financial Mechanism 2009-2014 of the European Economic Areas (EEA Grants) represents the financial contribution of three Donor Countries, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein, for the reduction of financial and social inequalities between different areas of EEA and the improvement of bilateral relationships with the beneficiary countries.
More specific, EEA Grants for 2009-2014, contribute a total funding of 993 million Euro for financing 86 programs in 16 European Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
